We offer homeowners planning an extension or new build project a full design service for planning permission and building regulation approval. 
Our design package includes Existing and Proposed CAD drawings, 3D rendered model, Site and Location Plan and the Design and Access Statement. As an option will can make the Planning Submission to the Local Authority and act as liaison on your behalf. 

All drawings are produced using the latest CAD software following a full measured site survey to ensure highly accurate construction drawings. During the design stage we will provide you with a 3D rendered model giving a true visualisation of your new development. 
Being a design and build company we can foresee potential construction issue at the planning stage and avoid costly additional works keeping you on budget.
